~ Where performance is central to learning ~

Music learning is more than a collection of learned skills. The Janine Magnin Music Studio believes in the importance of providing regular performing opportunities for pupils. Lessons enable students with a personal sense of satisfaction and creative enrichment, while frequent performing allows a pupil to become more fully developed as a musician. Participation is always voluntary, as safe learning and performance environments are central to our teaching ethos. The studio sets students up to succeed and so allow the students to grow.

Janine Magnin: Singing, Piano and Theory

Janine is a singing specialist in children's voices and is an experienced music teacher, researcher and performer.

Every child has a voice and every voice is important. When a child's love of singing is paired with  supportive learning and home environments, their enthusiasm and confidence grows and they can best develop this most natural of instruments. Janine has successfully prepared students for cathedral choral scholarships and exams (Trinity Rock and Pop, LAMDA Musical Theatre, Trinity Classical and ABRSM Classical).
